Adina Lipsett

Adina Lipsett is the Director of ADIAN Collaborative Resolution Solutions Inc. She has a BA with a double major in Psychology and Law in Society from the University of New Brunswick.

Adina has also obtained a Masters in Conflict Analysis and Resolution from Nova Southeastern University; the 6th largest Independent University in North America and recognized for its Masters and PhD Conflict Analysis and Resolution programs. She has worked in the industry since 2002.

Adina has experience and advanced training in the wide variety of Conflict Resolution processes and techniques available to assist others in resolving a variety of disputes, including specific nuances that influence solutions. Her background includes the assessment and analysis of numerous dispute topics and she has the ability to apply the best techniques for your unique situation. She is able to resolve a variety of issues, such as:

  • separation/divorce
  • school-based conflicts
  • neighbour/neighbour
  • landlord/tenant
  • spousal conflict
  • family issues
  • care coordination for an older adult

Adina is able to complete workplace assessments and investigations to assess a conflict occurring in your business and investigating specific complaints within the work environment. Further, she is able to enter your organization that is experiencing conflict, resolving existing conflicts and developing a Proactive Conflict Design tailored to your environment, including an assessment phase, through to implementation and evaluation of the Design. This includes training, tailored workshops, coaching and evaluation to ensure ongoing organizational success.

Adina also has experience in Elder mediation and Facilitation, assisting older adults in co-coordinating families, caregivers and associated professionals to assist the older adult in remaining home longer and aging with dignity and respect. Adina has training in Restorative Justice or Victim Offender Mediation, violence and crisis management.

Amy MacMullin

Amy MacMullin has a Bachelor of Arts with a double major in psychology and criminology from St. Thomas University and a Masters of Education in Counselling Psychology from the University of New Brunswick.

Ms. MacMullin is experienced in individual and group counselling, brief therapy, crisis intervention, suicide intervention and vocational/career counselling. In addition to counselling, she also offers training and workshops, family and child assessments, and life skills coaching.

Ms. MacMullin sees the counselling process as a collaborative conversation. Believing that it is the client that is the expert, she sees her role as a counselor as helping the client overcome difficulties in various parts of their lives by promoting optimism and helping clients successfully solve problems and meet challenges. Through the counselling process, clients will have a better sense of awareness, obtain more ways of coping with their problems and increase their feelings of well being.

She is a member of good standing with the New Brunswick Association of Counselling Therapists, the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association, and the Fredericton Chamber of Commerce.
